In 2024, owner Josh Andrews came to us with a unique problem. Almost every hockey program was selling out, but the team had no ability to grow their bandwidth and serve players / parents on waiting lists. His ask was for us to help with his next major challenge, build a custom online platform that would transform Andrews Hockey’s business growth capabilities.

As part of Andrews Hockey’s growth strategy back in 2016, the initial Seamless Brand / Andrews Hockey partnership was focused on marketing the brand as the ‘#1 Hockey School in Eastern Canada’. Over the last 8+ years we’ve provided ongoing support with branding, strategy, team logos, social media, uniform designs, print materials, display walls and event materials to accelerate brand awareness.

As part of our discovery with the Andrews team we were taken behind the scenes to experience existing workflows, backend site capabilities along with key frustrations that were limiting the team’s ability to create internal efficiencies and serve a larger audience in waiting. After years of experiencing waitlists for almost every training program, we realized we needed to build:

We developed a comprehensive backend so employees could create new programs, track registration, update graphics, auto-generate product landing pages, build out a player’s journey / login experience and access a scoring and record-keeping system that follows a player through their lifetime with Andrews.

Migrate & Integrate 50,000+ Player Files
We provided a variety of data pulling reports that accessed a player’s historical data to facilitate the ability for Andrew’s coaches and parents to measure and improve player development.

Create a Simplified and Engaging User Interface
We gave Andrew’s administrators the ability to group, brand and segment online programs and products with a wide array of filters, integration and share features to improve the customer journey and site conversions.

Migrating an antiquated website with data from over 25,000+ registered users and 35,000+ players required cleaning and analysis to ensure that more than 205,000 records would function properly within a transformative online environment.
